Brookfields is a large, detatched, self catering house, located in the quaint village of Tregony,
in the heart of the beautiful and unspoilt
'Roseland Peninsula'.





Graham endeavours to make your stay here at Brookfields as welcoming as possible offering you all the comforts you may need, to create that home from home feel. There will be fresh flowers awaiting your arrival, milk, tea and coffee for that much needed drink and to save you catering for yourselves on your first night, Graham will cover the cost of a standard meal in the village pub for your entire party.... (Available from 21st June onwards)

If a rural setting is a change for you, waking up at Brookfields will be a special treat.....The house is surrounded by a large well cared for garden, overlooking a large meadow, a paddock, which is home to our two ponies and the neighbouring woodland, a haven for our resident wildlife.....
Upstairs the accommodation consists of four bedrooms, one double and three twins, with the addition of a small room for a cot/small bed. The bathroom has bath, washbasin and WC. The kitchen and utility room are also upstairs and feature all home from home comforts including automatic washing machine, fridge/freezer, separate fridge, dishwasher, electric oven/hob, large automatic slow cooker and coffee machine. The seating is adequate for 4/6 guests.
Downstairs, is a large lounge, overlooking the garden....it has an attractive feature fireplace, two comfy three seater sofas, one two seater and three arm chairs. Additional it features a piano, two colour televisions with sky freeview, Video/DVD, Cinema System, great for children and a Micro system.... The dining area has seating for between 8-10 guests and is reached via the glazed doors leading from the lounge.
There is also a spare room which can be used as a childs play room or spare bedroom for guests with diabilities as it is adjacent to the shower room with shower, washbasin and WC......
Outside, there is a sheltered patio with seating for 8/10, a large gas BBQ and peace and tranquility....
the perfect end to the perfect day.....
To ease the load with packing, we provide all you need for days out and especially the beach, cool box, chairs, windbreak, small dome tent and surf boards.....

Tariff & Booking
We are open this year from June 21st until 6th September
Tariff includes central heating, bed linen, cot and highchair (towels not included)

We are situated in the centre of the village just 3000 yards down Cubis Road which is found
running off the main street.
Tregony, is a small village in the centre of the Roseland Peninsula", and is ideally situated for visiting all areas of Cornwall. Some of Cornwalls most beautiful and unspoilt beaches are just a few minutes drive away.
