"Hustyn Gate" is a delightful 18th century white washed farmhouse full of
olde-world charm and character........
it is set in two acres of landscaped gardens amidst rolling Cornish countryside and leafy country lanes and hedgerows abundant with colour during the spring and summer months.

Hustyn Gate is not your average holiday home, it is special......
David and Susan only let Hustyn Gate for a few weeks each summer, the rest of the time it is their home
which reflects in the first class accommodation offered.

David & Sarah have created a wonderful warm and cosy atmosphere at Hustyn Gate....
the farmhouse is full of olde-world charm and character with Inglenook fireplaces, exposed beams and quarry slate floors.
It has been beautifully furnished and guests staying
at the farmhouse will be delighted with all the
special home from home comforts.......
There are five bedrooms, three double, two twin bedded rooms
and also a small nursery with cot.
There is a large kitchen/breakfast room with all the conveniences of modern day living, a cosy sitting room, a study/music room and a large hallway with Inglenook fireplace.
There are three bathrooms upstairs and downstairs there is a shower room with toilet and wash basin.

The beautiful gardens are ideal for guests to relax and enjoy the quiet life. The large summer house is perfectly situated overlooking the lawns and has the benefit of the evening sun, making it the perfect venue at the end of your busy day to sit and watch the world go by..... or if you prefer something a little more energetic there is a full size table tennis table for guests use. There is also a bar-b-que with picnic table and chairs.
There is ample private parking for several cars.

Hustyn Gate farmhouse is ideally situated for day trips to all areas of Cornwall and indeed parts of Devon and Dartmoor to....... All destinations are within easy reach by car, or if you prefer to let someone do the driving for you, then Wadebridge has a good bus service or you could even catch the train .....
The farmhouse is situated on St Breock Downs, just three miles from Wadebridge,
a delightful Cornish town situated by the River Camel. Polzeath which is around 6 miles is a real haven for both beach and wildlife lovers.
