Situated right in the heart of the picture postcard fishing village of Mevagissey, you will find Pollys Apartments, a selection of both modern and traditional to suit all tastes. The pictureseque harbour is just a few yards from the properties, as are the numerous gift shops, restaurants and pubs......
All the properties are let on a self-catering basis, sleep between four to five guests and are all very well equipped to make your stay that much more comfortable. Guests may arrive from as early as 2pm, however, we do ask please that on the day of departure guests vacate the properties by 10 am.
Accommodation
1a Church Street, is an older apartment which is attatched to a listed building with a gift shop underneath. The property has a very warm and cosy feel to it, has two bedrooms sleeping up to 4 guests. The windows of this property overlook Mevagisseys quaint and narrow winding streets and village square.
1b Church Street also overlooks the village streets and square and sleeps up to 4 quests in one double and one twin bedded room. The lounge has a cosy, cottage feel to it, the kitchen is well equipped and there is a modern bathroom. 3 Church Street, is slightly larger and sleeps up to 5 guests. This apartment offers delightful cottage style
accommodation, which is set within a listed building. The apartment is upstairs with a shop beneath.
3 Cliff Street, situated just off the main streets, has a more modern appeal. The apartment has an open-plan design with kitchen, diner and lounge giving it a very light and spacious feel. There are two bedrooms accommodating up to 4 guests.
The apartments are all well equipped with TV, microwaves, electric cookers, fridges with small freezing compartments, heating in the form of night storage heaters or panel heaters and free parking for one car.
Invermore For guests that are requiring larger accommoation, or would prefer the facilities that a bungalow has to offer, we are also able to offer a large bungalow, with sheltered garden which can sleep up to six adults and two
children.

Mevagissey is a small coastal village just 5 miles south of St Austell, which is situated at the north eastern corner of the tri-angular "Roseland Peninsula", with St Mawes at the southern tip.
Being in the heart of Cornwall the whole county is easily accessible to our visitors, with the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan very close at hand... Mevagissey itself, is a delightful cornish village, with working harbour, narrow streets, lovely restaurants, pubs and gift shops....
