The cottage overlooks a newly constructed garden, with a Victorian Villa, some rare shrubs and trees with lawn and herbaceous borders....The garden and surrounding Oak woodlands, is home to many species of unusual and rare birds, and we are lucky enough to see Nuthatches, Blackcaps & Linnets on a daily basis and resident Buzzards flying overhead on most days.... a bird watchers paradise......
for a real home from home feel..... it has a comfy leather suite to sit and relax with a book, or make use of the colour tv with 30 channels and vhs/dvd player with a selection of popular films available for our guests use. There is a comfortable double bed, three wardrobes and lots of drawer space provided..... additionally there are two washbasins each containing heated towel rails and a shower with plenty of hot water always available.

Being in the heart of Cornwall the whole county is easily accessible to our visitors, with the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan very close at hand... The quaint fishing village of Mevagissey is just a few miles away, .... whilst the ancient charm of Fowey harbour, and the beautiful beaches of the Roseland Peninsula are all less than 30 minutes drive.... The city of Truro with its majestic cathedral and architecture is also just a 20 minutes drive. |
