Tanglewood House, is a delightful, 4* silver award family run Bed & Breakfast,
nestling in one third of an acre of landscaped gardens, complete with Magnolias, Camellias and Azaleas....
and just 200 meters from Mevagissey's picturesque fishing harbour....


Virginia & Ken your hosts, have built up a wonderful reputation here at Tanglewood and you are assured of a very warm welcome and a comfortable, relaxing stay. If you have any special requirements, they will be only to happy to arrange them for you, providing you let them know in plenty of time.

Accommodation

Tanglewood House offers its guests a choice of three luxury double ensuites bedrooms....The rooms are all fully carpeted and a light but cosy atmosphere is created, by the combination of warm pine furniture and luxurious soft furnishings. All rooms have colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, fluffy towels and you will find those little personal touches, such as fresh flowers to make your stay that much more special.
Our guests patio, is the pefect place to catch the atmosphere of a warm summer Cornish evening where you can relax with a book, a chilled glass of wine or simply watch the world go by....
Tanglewood also offers its guests private on site parking facilities, which is a real added bonus, as past visitors to Mevagissey will know......

Breakfasts at Tanglewood
Breakfast is served in either our dining room or conservatory, where guests can enjoy views of the garden whilst tucking into what the majority of our guests call a truly hearty breakfast.....Guests can choose from cereals, yoghurts and fruit, followed by either, a full traditional English or a Vegetarian version.
We source all our products locally, organic where possible and always free range eggs.....
there is of course plenty of tea & coffee always on hand.

Location
Mevagissey is a small coastal village just 5 miles south of St Austell, which is situated at the north eastern corner of the tri-angular "Roseland Peninsula", with St Mawes at the southern tip.
Being in the heart of Cornwall the whole county is easily accessible to our visitors, with the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan very close at hand...
Mevagissey itself, is a delightful Cornish village, with its working harbour, narrow streets,
lovely restaurants, pubs and gift shops....
